HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Shipping in the US will take approx. 6-14 Business Days. Outside of the US may be longer.

 

HOW DO YOU HANDLE REFUNDS & RETURNS?

Unfortunately, Upland is unable to accept returns or issue refunds for our merchandise at this time unless required by law. We ask that you carefully consider your purchases and review the sizing charts in the product descriptions. 

 

DO WE ACCEPT UPX or ANY OTHER FORM OF CRYPTOCURRENCY?

WHAT DOES "LE" MEAN?

That Item is Limited Edition and will NOT be for sale again after it runs out for a certain amount of time. 

 

 

WHAT DOES "PRE_SALE" or "PRE-ORDER" MEAN?

A pre-sale or pre-order is an order placed for an item that hasn't been manufactured or released. We ship to you once available and after we receive your order. Pre-sales ensure that everyone gets the item and size they order.
